It is situated very close to the Condado Lagoon, and is a short walk to Ashford Ave and Atlantic Beach. The home is powered with solar panels and has a generator for emergencies.

In addition to basic amenities, this rental includes beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas, and a coffee station stocked with Puerto Rican coffee, filters and an assortment of creamers and sweeteners. You will also find an iron & ironing board as well as hair dryers.

Fully air conditioned and fans in every room to enhance your comfort and well- being. Designated workspace with high-speed wireless internet throughout the house, SMART TV in every room, hotel quality linens in every bed and generous towels for everyone in your group.


Upon entering the main house, you will find a seating area which opens to the living room with a flat screen TV. On the other side of living room, you will find a large desk, perfect work station. From this area you will find doors that lead to the large and lush private patio area,

Behind the living space you will find a dining area next to the fully equipped kitchen.

The first bedroom is located to the right of the front door and features a day bed that can be set up as a king size bed or 2 twins, depending on your needs.

Down the hall you will find a full bathroom with shower to the right and another bedroom to the left. The second bedroom has a king size bed. At the end of the hall, you will find the primary master bedroom with ensuite bath and king size bed.

All rooms have AC & TV.

A suite is located in the lush patio. It is a stand-alone building with a queen bed, bathroom, TV and AC. This charming suite is surrounded by orchids, bromeliads and a tropical garden.

A tiki bar and outdoor kitchen, along with the beautiful hot tub spa compliments the spectacular private area.

Our rules are in place to ensure we are good neighbors and to ensure the house in is kept in good working order for future guests. We appreciate your commitment to these rules.

Be mindful of our working neighbors.

No Parties or unauthorized guests. If unauthorized guests are identified, you will be charged an additional $100 per guest per night of the reservation.

No amplified noise or music, especially during quiet hours.

If we receive a noise complaint, we will charge a $250 fee. If police are called you could be subject to a fine up to $1000.

Please rinse off before entering the spa, especially if you have been to the beach. NO DIVING or JUMPING into the spa.

No more than 5 people in the Jacuzzi at a time.

No glass containers in or near the spa.

Children should never be left unattended in the spa or backyard.

Please keep main gates closed at all times when not in use.

Any complaints about excessive noise or parties will result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay, without refund.

We can usually accommodate early check-in and late check-out.
